Before any site is acquired, we conduct a thorough feasibility assessment. This covers purchase price, construction costs, planning risk, projected end values, and contingency allowances. A project only proceeds when the numbers stack up conservatively — not optimistically.
We only proceed with builders who have demonstrated experience delivering comparable projects on time and within budget. Fixed price contracts, builder’s warranty insurance, and independent inspections are standard across all our projects..
